Montemerlo - General Manager
Scott
joined Lattitude in December of 2008 as its General Manager responsible for overseeing
the restaurant on a day to day basis. Scott and Jeffrey spent time together when they
worked hand in hand with the Max Restaurant Groups catering company. Scott began as
a server and worked his way up to Director of Catering overseeing both the Springfield
and Hartford operations. Prior to Max’s, Scott was the Restaurant and Bar Manager
at City Steam in Hartford, CT. He held the same positions at the River City Grille,
at the Hartford Windsor Marriott , and at the Terra Mare Grille, at Saybrook Point
Inn in Old Saybrook CT. Scott has a very diverse background with both fine dining
and catering. His ultimate goal is making sure every guest leaves satisfied.
