Jeffrey
Daigneau - Executive Chef and Owner
Jeffrey
started his career at Chez Josef in Agawam as a cook’s assistant and then went
on to graduate from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where he was
awarded the Outstanding Performance award from the faculty. Upon graduation Jeffrey
was hired as a fellow for the 4-star rated Escoffier restaurant on campus. Jeffrey
has “staged” at 27 Standard and the Rainbow Room in New York City and
American Seasons on Nantucket. During his career he also spent time with the Marriott
in Springfield in a Front Office position and then a promotion brought him to managing
Champions Sports Bar. Jeff has had job offers all over the country but chooses to
stay here, in Western Massachusetts, to show off his craft. He is very involved with
local charities and has done countless demonstrations for groups, radio and television.
